Description :
Diclofenac potassium is a NSAID which inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in body tissues by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzyme.
Serratiopeptidase suppresses vascular permeability associated with inflammation by inhibiting substances such as, bradykinin and serotonin. This results in reduction in swelling and oedema. It also aids in better tissue penetration of diclofenac potassium at the oedematous site thus resulting in enhanced anti-inflammatory action.
