Respiratory tract infections
Otitis media + Typhoid fever + UTI
Gonorrhea + Sequential treatment
after injectable cephalosporins
Adults: 400 mg daily (once daily or in two divided dosage)
Uncomplicated cervical / urethral gonococcal infections,
a single oral dose of 400 mg.
